Pipetto Product Return / Exchange Policy:
- You may return items sold by Pipetto.co.uk within 14 days after the purchase date for a full refund (less any shipping charges).
- Exchanges are valid for 14 days after the purchase date (does not include shipping/ travel time).
- In the case of defect, we will exchange or provide you a 100% credit if purchased within 30 days.

- We'll notify you by e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 30 days for your Credit Card company to show credit on your statement.
- If the return and refund does not arrive after 2 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
- Please complete the returns form with your return. If you do not have the returns form, please include a note containing: your name, address, contact details, the order number, stock number, and the reason for the return, so that we are able to process your return.
- Please always retain proof of posting, incase any losses occur.
- Please allow 30 days for processing your refund from date of receipt of your request for refund.
- Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs as these are direct costs.
We will not issue refunds for the return/exchange of the following items:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Any item that shows signs of wear and tear.
- Packaging is torn or missing.
How to Return or Exchange a New Item:
- Repack the item (in original condition) securely along with a copy of the completed returns form.
- For your protection, please return goods to us using a service that requires a signature on delivery and please retain your proof of posting.

If any product fails due to function as intended due to component or construction defects we will gladly offer a repair or replacement. Due to the nature of the natural materials used in our prouduts, we are unable to offer replacement or repair for the natural wear of the materials. Please remember that your contents are your responsibility and we do not cover shipping and handling.
How to Process a Warranty Item:

- From this page you can submit your information as well as photos of related issue to your product.
You will be contacted within 2 business days via email.
Delivery charges
- We will refund the purchaser any delivery charge paid when a product is faulty or damaged.
- We are unable refund shipping fees, as these are direct costs.
- The cost of delivery will be as stated on the website at the time of order and is based on weight of shipment.
- Unless a product is delayed for any reason, we will try to combine orders where possible, to shipping costs as low as possible.
- All UK domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-delivery service, between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day.
- International and European shipments are sent priority airmail. We are unable to offer tracking on shipments outside the UK.
