I had not heard of Pipetto before but found them on the internet when I was looking for a flip case for my IPhone 5. The website was very clear and the items well described but unlike a lot of online experiences which leave you feeling like you are dealing with some massive uncaring company this was very different and the whole buying experience left me feeling like they really appreciated my order and cared that I was happy, which I am. I bought this case just before Christmas on Pre-Order, hoping that it would be here in time for Xmas. Due to issues beyond the control of Pipetto, the case wasn't able to be shipped on time, so Pipetto sent out a customer gift card for the product I'd ordered (so the recipient would get their gift despite the case not being available), and also sent a screen protector, a bottle of leather tonic, some key covers and a £5 voucher as an apology for not arriving on time. The Case is really above and beyond what i expected, as was the customer service. I will definitely make this my brand of choice for iPhone and iPad accessories from now on.
